The Rate of Photographic Development

Purpose

This experiment is designed to measure the effect of temperature on the rate of a chemical reaction. The reaction which will be studied occurs during the development of a black and white photograph.

Conclusion

On graph paper plot the average values of the rate of development vs. temperature. Draw a smooth curve through the four points. Use the graph to help you to draw a conclusion about the effect of temperature on the rate of the development reaxtion.
